We carefully package and ship every order from our workshop in Perth, Western Australia. As our products are handmade, please allow time for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.
Processing time
All our products are handmade to order, so processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.
- Most orders: 3–5 business days
- Larger orders: 2–3 weeks, depending on quantity and requirements

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched.

International
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, parcel weight and selected shipping service.

Shipping costs for merchandise vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

- Standard: 2–6 business days

International

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping address
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If we notice a minor error in your address, we may correct it using information provided by our shipping provider. If we are unable to confirm the correct address, we may contact you before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
International duties and taxes
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), where this service is available.
Where DDP is available, applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means you should not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when your order is delivered.
For destinations where DDP is not available, applicable duties, taxes or customs fees may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.
While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.
