Refund policy
Return policy: We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges for standard items. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery. For bulk orders with over 10 units, a 25% restocking fee is applied.
Cancellation: For standard items, cancellation is accepted. However, for custom or personalised items, we don’t accept cancellation once the production has started. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.
Non-return policy: We can't accept returns and refunds for custom or personalised orders, and digital downloads because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
