What leather do you use?
We mainly use 2 types of leather:
- Veg-tanned kangaroo leather - Thin and strong, great for small items such as wallets
- 2mm Top-grain cow leather - Tough and thicker, great for bags, desk mat, etc.

Can I emboss my name on the item?
Yes, I do offer FREE text embossing and add-on personalisation services. Visit our personalisation page to find out more about our options as well as pros and cons.
Do you offer small customisations, such as removing the logo or changing the stitch colour?
Yes, if you need minor modifications, such as removing the logo or mixing different colours, without significantly changing the size or shape of the item, you can simply note it in the message box in your shopping cart or contact me directly.
Do you make custom order?
Yes, you can fill out the custom order form or send me a message/email with the details (include sample photos and measurements if possible). Then I will get back to you as soon as I can.

How long is the processing time?
Most products are made to order and typically take 3–5 business days to produce.
For bulk orders, processing may take 2–3 weeks, depending on the quantity. If you need your order urgently, please contact me to confirm the processing time.
How long does it take for an order to arrive once it's dispatched?
For deliveries within Australia
- Standard shipping: 2–6 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
For international shipping
- International Standard: 6–15 business days
- International Express: 3–6 business days

Can I buy in bulk?

How do I maintain my leather products?
You can use leather care products like balms, waxes, or conditioners to protect your items. Note: These products may slightly darken the leather.
Can I remove a stain from my item?
Stains on leather can sometimes be removed using a leather cleaner, but results depend on the type of stain and leather. Always test on a small area first.
What are the common mistakes people make?

- Over-conditioning
- Storing in humid places
